Q. How much is shipping?
We try to keep our shipping costs low - only $2.99 for the first disk and $1.00 per additional disk to any Canada or the USA address. Worldwide shipping, just $4.99 for the first disk, and $1.00 for each additional disk.
FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $50 to Canada and the US automatically receive FREE shipping. Orders to all other countries receive FREE shipping on orders over $75. Int'l customers will also receive a discounted rate for the $50 order level (Max $4.00 shipping), this may not be reflected in the shopping cart when you make payment, but we will refund any overage when we process your order.
Heavy items such as signs are a wee bit more. When you checkout, the shopping cart will calculate shipping costs, if you are not happy with the rate you can simply remove an item before final checkout. You are not commited to purchase any item you put into your shopping cart.
Q. Can you send me catalog?
Currently we do not print any catalogs. We use this website as a catalog. We are working on adding a .pdf file that can be printed and used as a catalog.
Q. How do I place an order?
As you navigate through our site, you can click on different items that interest you with or without the intention of buying them. Once you have everything in your shopping cart, go through the items picked and either adjust quantities or delete unwanted items. Click on RECALCULATE and you should be ready to check out. Next, click on the CHECKOUT button to complete the order. You must fill out all the required fields on the order form for it to be processed. Click on next and enter you payment information. Shortly after completing your order you will receive an email verifying the quantity of each item ordered, total purchase amount and address where the order will be shipped. If here are any mistakes in this confirmation please email us back immediately to correct them before the order is shipped.
