This is the catalog home town stores would use to stock there shelves. About half the pages have illustrations, but the real treat is the pricing! It is fun to browse the pages and learn the price of goods from well over 100 years ago. Pencils - 5 cents dozen, Accordions - $1.25 each, Clothes Wringers - $2.25 each, Paint Brushes - 8 cents each, Candy - 7 cents per pound, 6 Quart water Pail - 8 cents each, 12 Foot Step Ladder - $1.80 each, Steamer Trunks from $2.10, and the list goes on and on.
