A specialized language course from the United States government public domain works, and developed by the Foreign Service Institute (FSI).

The learn to read and learn to speak Korean Language Course consists of two sections, a course manual with accompanying audio recordings. Lessons in the course consist of basic words, sentences, variations, useful words, fluency exercises, substitution drills, response drills, grammatical notes, reading passages and a student review.
